Let’s talk motivation.

As Oprah Winfrey said, what you dwell on, you become.

We all go through tough times, and this past week has been especially taxing. And yet, I find myself able to stand up, run, push, work out, chase the goals and push towards the dreams just like every day…I’m surprised, and happy about it, but its all very new to me…

And it’s all because of mindfulness and motivation. I practice both of these, ritually.

Every morning, every night, I am always searching for new ways to learn, and to develop ways I can inspire others to learn. I listen to teachers, those who are where I want to be. I am motivated to succeed. To win. To live a life that is wonderful, full of joy. I am motivated to be happy.

I am not bragging, although it may sound like it. Braggy McBraggerson go home! 😉

As I go through my coaching development, as I make and study and practice and learn, it’s becoming more and more clear to me. We need to dwell on the right things, to visualize our dreams as reality.

I am working on a mindfulness session on Motivation, which I will test out and talk about in a future post, and as part of the research, I have been asking MAAAAANY people this question:


“What motivates you to get out of bed every morning?”

“아침마다 당신을 침대에서 나오게 하는 원동력이 되는 것은 무엇인가?”


Think about it, and if you want to answer I would much appreciate it.
