힐링영어 Healing English #2 De-Stress and Reduce Anxiety (audio track) – Mindfulness in ESL

Hello again!

Can you believe that January is almost over!? I actually had my worst day last Monday, I felt so sad, and I’m not able to say exactly why. Weird, emotional white noise. I needed some quiet time, so I got to the drawing board and put finger to keyboard, and finished a bunch of affirmations and lessons that I’d had in the ‘to-do’ list on my desktop. So here we are…

Here’s another track that I’m sharing. These tracks are designed for ESL speakers, but I’ve been getting feedback from native speakers as well who have all responded positively so far (and I’ve not had to shed even one tear 😛 )

As with the last track, the full version of the lesson will include:

  • Audio track
  • Script in English
  • Korean Translation
  • Vocabulary Sheet
  • Video

These are all available in the lesson plan, including readings of positive energy, discussion prompts, affirmations and more. They will be available towards the middle of the year as a full package, but for now, let me share the audio with you.
