Hi hello there~ How are you feeling today? I’m finally finished my day and just getting the chance to sit at the computer to put mind to paper…or something like that. You know, I find that sometimes it seems like life moves too fast to take a decent moment to stop and be at peace, to just ‘be’ in the world around us. Today was one of those days. I need to centre myself, and relax, and chill and yadda yadda yadda…But it’s 10.22pm and I’m still wired to the buzz of the day. So if you’re like me, and often find it hard to make time to just be, I have a store of simple affirmations in my brain that I can access any time I need to. I would like to share some with you, I hope they are useful for you too. Peace always… L x
